- 1 gotitas jugo sazonador (usé maggi)
- 1 cucharadita aceite de olivo
- 1 pisca orégano

- Picar la verdura y pollo tamaño bocado (excepto el ajo😊), o bien como lo prefieras.

- En cacerola caliente agregar el aceite de oliva (si es antiadherente omite el aceite) y el pollo tapar por unos minutos, ya que esté a medio cocer agregar la cebolla, ajo, apio, zanahoria, revolver para que empiece a integrarse, sazonar con sal y pimienta, jugo sazonador, incorporar el jugo V8 y puré de tomate, y tapar.

- Pasado unos 5 minutos agregar la papa, tapar de nuevo y dejar el fuego bajo.

- Por último agregamos las calabazas sazonamos de nuevo y agregamos el orégano tapamos apagamos fuego y listo 👌 (agrego por tandas las verduras ya que unas son más suaves que otras y eso hace que al cocerce no se batan).

- Queda deliciosisimo! El propio almidón que contiene la papa hace que se haga una salsita espesa riquísima👌😋
