- En la misma olla de los Jitomates, poner un chorrito de aceite y calentar la salsa, si lo consideras necesario puedes colarla. Agregar sal, consomé y pimienta al gusto.

- Calentar en el comal las tortillas y sumergirlas en la salsa, rellenarlas de pollo, agregar suficiente salsa por encima, poner crema y queso. Calentar en microondas para que se gratine el queso.
