Probamos de sal y si hace falta añadimos un poco y agregamos las piezas de pollo. Dejamos que espese a fuego suave.
- Añadimos unas rajitas de chiles verdes en vinagre picadas y lo probamos si estuviera muy ácido el jitomate le ponemos una cucharadita de azúcar. Servimos acompañado de arroz, de frijoles refritos y tortillas. Es exquisito.
